2008 Backpack Drive

Thanks to generous donors like you there are many thankful students in the Long Beach Unified School District. Thanks to you, this year we were able to assemble more than 3,300 backpacks full of school supplies. Each child that received a backpack was equipped with all the school supplies they need for the school year ahead. The Annual Backpack Drive has been an exciting way for us to extend our arms to our local community and schools, embracing them with love and support. We were able to provide more than 12 Long Beach area schools with backpacks and supplies and we look forward to another successful year in 2009. Thank you for your care and support!
